About This Role

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the service industry is considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, logistics, aviation, or another service-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment is an advantage.
