Hilton is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bell Attendant (Guest Service Agent) to join its Front Office team. This role is responsible for creating outstanding first and last impressions by welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing information about hotel facilities, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

The successful candidate will support Front Office operations by handling guest luggage, responding to guest requests, coordinating transportation, and maintaining public areas to Hilton's exceptional hospitality standards. About This Role

As a Bell Attendant, you will welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage handling and storage, escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and provide prompt assistance throughout their stay. You will work closely with the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security teams to ensure every guest receives warm, personalized, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Arrival & Departure

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation, and storage.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
  • Support smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

Guest Services

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and shuttle services.
  • Deliver personalized service that enhances the overall guest experience.

Luggage & Property Management

  • Safely transport, store, and retrieve guest luggage.
  • Handle guest packages, parcels, and deliveries securely.
  • Maintain accurate records of stored luggage where required.
  • Ensure guest belongings are handled with care and confidentiality.

Operational Support

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or operational irregularities to the appropriate department.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities whenever appropriate.
  • Support Front Office operations and perform additional guest service duties as assigned.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering teams.
  • Assist colleagues during busy operational periods to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Maintain Hilton's professional grooming and hospitality standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused work environment.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Bell Attendant, Bell Boy, Porter, Guest Service Agent, Concierge Assistant, or in a hospitality customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury hotels or international hospitality brands is an advantage.
