badrgo, Qatar's homegrown ride-hailing platform, is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented CRM & Data Analyst to join its Marketing Business Support team. This role is responsible for managing the complete customer lifecycle for riders and drivers by designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns that increase engagement, retention, and marketplace performance.

The successful candidate will leverage customer data, segmentation, marketing automation, and campaign analytics to deliver personalized communications across push notifications, in-app messaging, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, IT, and Data teams, you will play a key role in improving customer engagement, balancing marketplace supply and demand, and driving measurable business growth.

About This Role

As a CRM & Data Analyst, you will oversee customer relationship management, lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, campaign automation, and performance reporting. You will analyze customer behavior, optimize communication strategies, and use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness, customer retention, and operational efficiency across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management & Customer Lifecycle

  • Manage CRM data integrity across rider and driver databases.
  • Develop and maintain customer lifecycle journeys for acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build and optimize customer segmentation models based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement.
  • Ensure customer profiles and lifecycle stages remain accurate across CRM platforms.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns across push notifications, in-app messaging, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Manage centralized campaign calendars to coordinate communications across multiple channels.
  • Execute rider acquisition, driver engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain email marketing templates and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate WhatsApp and SMS communication strategies, including scheduling, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance using key marketing and customer engagement metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, timing, creative assets, and audience segmentation.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, customer engagement, return on investment (ROI), and channel attribution.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvements to maximize campaign results.

Data Analytics & Business Insights

  • Provide customer insights that support marketing strategy and audience targeting.
  • Analyze customer behavior, retention trends, and lifecycle performance.
  • Support marketplace optimization through data-driven recommendations for driver engagement and supply-demand balance.
  • Deliver analytical reports and presentations for business stakeholders and regional management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product and IT teams to support CRM integrations, event tracking, and platform enhancements.
  • Partner with Data Analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and customer segmentation accuracy.
  • Work with Operations to coordinate driver incentive campaigns and marketplace optimization initiatives.
  • Stay current with CRM technologies and marketing automation best practices through ongoing professional development and platform certifications.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
  • Experience within ride-hailing, mobility, delivery, e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or other high-frequency consumer platforms is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with customer engagement and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience designing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns and lifecycle programs.
