Raffles Doha, located within the iconic Katara Towers in Lusail, is seeking an exceptional Raffles Ambassador to deliver world-class luxury hospitality experiences. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create personalized arrival and departure experiences while embodying the elegance, sophistication, and legendary service standards that define the Raffles brand.

This role goes beyond traditional front office responsibilities by focusing on building meaningful guest relationships, anticipating individual preferences, and ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable. About This Role

As a Raffles Ambassador, you will provide exceptional front office and guest relations services while delivering personalized experiences throughout the guest journey. You will coordinate with multiple hotel departments to ensure flawless service delivery, manage guest requests professionally, and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention.
  • Deliver exceptional arrival, departure, and overall guest experiences in line with Raffles luxury standards.
  • Anticipate guest preferences and create memorable, bespoke experiences.
  • Build lasting guest relationships through thoughtful and attentive service.

Front Office Operations

  • Manage guest check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing, and cashiering procedures accurately.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and profiles to support personalized service.
  • Ensure compliance with front office policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Utilize hotel management systems to support efficient front office operations.

Guest Relations

  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Take ownership of service recovery and resolve guest issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Promote hotel facilities, dining venues, wellness experiences, and loyalty programs.
  • Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and personalized guest arrangements.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with Butler Service, Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and other operational departments.
  • Contribute to maintaining seamless communication across hotel teams.
  • Participate in training sessions and support continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that reflects Raffles' commitment to luxury hospitality excellence.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or premium hospitality environments is an advantage.
