Job Description/Specification:
A leading signage and branding company in Qatar is looking for an experienced Digital Sticker Paster Foreman to lead its installation team. This role involves supervising installation projects for vehicle branding, signage, window graphics, wall graphics, and other large-format applications while ensuring exceptional quality and timely project completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in vinyl sticker installation, proven leadership skills, and a valid Qatar Driving Licence. You will work closely with production teams and clients to deliver professional installation services across multiple project sites.
About This Role
As a Digital Sticker Paster Foreman, you will oversee daily installation activities, manage installation crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards while completing branding and signage projects across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
👷 Team Supervision
- Lead and supervise the sticker installation team.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality.
- Train and support installation staff.
🛠 Installation
- Install vinyl stickers, vehicle wraps, window graphics, wall graphics, and signage.
- Ensure clean, accurate, and bubble-free installations.
- Complete projects within agreed timelines.
📋 Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the production team and customers.
- Plan installation schedules and site activities.
- Resolve installation challenges efficiently.
🚚 Equipment & Safety
- Maintain installation tools and equipment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Drive the company vehicle to project locations.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High school qualification or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sticker or vinyl graphic installation.
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Team Leader is an advantage.
