Job Description/Specification:
A leading financial institution in Doha, Qatar is hiring a Cards Analytics Specialist on a 12-month contract (with potential extension). This role focuses on delivering data-driven insights to improve card portfolio performance, customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and profitability.
You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance teams to build dashboards, analyze trends, and support strategic business decisions.
About This Role
You'll transform complex card portfolio data into meaningful business insights, helping optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
📊 Portfolio Analytics
- Monitor acquisition, activation, spend, profitability, and attrition.
- Perform customer segmentation, cohort, and trend analysis.
- Track portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
📈 Reporting & Dashboards
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Automate reporting and improve data quality.
- Present insights to senior stakeholders.
📢 Campaign Performance
- Measure campaign ROI and customer uplift.
- Evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements.
🤝 Business Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance teams.
- Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
- 7+ years in cards analytics, portfolio analytics, business intelligence, or customer analytics.
- Experience within banking, payments, or fintech.
