VisioQ is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer – ELV Systems to drive business growth across Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, technical pre-sales, and business development within the systems integration industry.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, prepare technical proposals, and successfully close ELV projects across consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.

About This Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence by identifying new opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and providing customers with tailored ELV solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, OEM partners, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and qualify sales leads across consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Build, develop, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with consultants and contractors to secure product approvals and specifications.
  • Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to maximize repeat business.

🛠 Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Review tender documents, project drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Design compliant ELV system solutions based on client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical compliance statements, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for product selection, technical support, and special pricing.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to customers.

📑 Tendering & Proposal Management

  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within project deadlines.
  • Develop competitive quotations and tender submissions.
  • Respond to technical and commercial clarifications.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing with customers.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations through project award and contract closure.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
    • Electronics Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Telecommunication Engineering
    • Or a related engineering discipline

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ELV Systems Sales, Technical Sales, or Pre-Sales.
  • Previous experience within Qatar or GCC is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets within a systems integration environment.

🚗 Additional Requirements

  • Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
