Four Seasons Hotels Qatar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join its Cluster Sales team, representing Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key corporate and leisure accounts, and building long-term client relationships across both luxury properties.

As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from corporate, group, leisure, long-stay, and banquet business. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service while achieving sales targets.
✅ Identify and develop new corporate, group, leisure, and long-stay business opportunities.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
✅ Develop strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across both hotel properties.
✅ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
✅ Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
✅ Maximize cross-selling opportunities across rooms, dining, spa, events, and sister properties.
✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, hotel site inspections, and familiarization tours.
✅ Attend trade shows, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners.
✅ Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
✅ Prepare weekly sales reports, account updates, and business forecasts.
✅ Maintain accurate client profiles and sales records within CRM systems.
✅ Work closely with the Meetings & Events team to support group business.
✅ Participate in pre-event and post-event meetings.
✅ Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
✅ Support the training and mentoring of junior sales team members.
✅ Lead by example while promoting Four Seasons' luxury service standards.
