Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IVD Sales Representative to join our growing team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products, laboratory solutions, and diagnostic technologies while developing strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and industrial clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with a strong scientific background and proven experience in the Qatar healthcare and diagnostics market.
About This Role
As an IVD Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing key customer accounts, delivering technical product presentations, and providing exceptional customer support. You will play a key role in expanding the company's presence within Qatar's healthcare and laboratory sectors while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products and laboratory solutions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and industrial sectors.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.

Conduct regular customer visits and business development meetings.

Provide outstanding after-sales support and customer service.
๐ Product Promotion & Market Development

Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions.

Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and promotional events.

Increase product awareness and strengthen the company's market presence.
๐ Market Analysis

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Identify opportunities to introduce new products and expand market share.

Minimum Requirements
๐ Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Or a related scientific discipline
๐ผ Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience in the Qatar market.
- Proven experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry is mandatory.
- Experience with industrial laboratory products is an added advantage.
