Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy interacting with guests, providing personalized service, and creating memorable first impressions in a world-class luxury hotel environment.

The successful candidate will manage guest arrivals and departures, handle inquiries and requests, resolve guest concerns, and ensure every interaction reflects Four Seasons' legendary hospitality standards.

About This Role

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth from check-in through check-out. You will assist guests with reservations, hotel services, local recommendations, and special requests while ensuring every stay is personalized and memorable.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

🏨 Front Office Operations

✅ Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

✅ Handle guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments efficiently.

✅ Ensure all guest interactions meet Four Seasons luxury service standards.

⭐ Guest Relations

✅ Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and special requirements.

✅ Provide information about hotel facilities, services, dining, events, and local attractions.

✅ Personalize guest experiences based on preferences and individual needs.

☎️ Customer Service

✅ Handle guest communications professionally, both in person and over the phone.

✅ Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

✅ Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.

🤝 Team Collaboration

✅ Work closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and other hotel departments.

✅ Maintain effective communication to ensure seamless guest experiences.

✅ Support colleagues while promoting a positive and professional work environment.

📋 Compliance & Standards

✅ Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and operational standards.

✅ Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all Front Office activities.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment.
  • Previous Front Office, Guest Services, or Reception experience is preferred.
  • Experience with international luxury hotel brands is an advantage.
