Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support its HR team. About This Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. You will assist with recruitment activities, maintain employee records, coordinate new hire onboarding, and help ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

👥 Recruitment & Onboarding

✅ Assist with recruitment activities, including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and checking references.

✅ Support new employee onboarding and documentation processes.

✅ Assist in organizing and facilitating New Hire Orientation (Embark).

📋 HR Administration

✅ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

✅ Prepare and process HR documentation and administrative paperwork.

✅ Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, typing, and answering telephone inquiries.

📢 Employee Communication

✅ Maintain and update employee notice boards and internal communications.

✅ Support the distribution of company announcements and HR information.

🔒 Confidential Records Management

✅ Maintain confidentiality of employee files, medical records, and sensitive HR information.

✅ Ensure HR records are updated accurately and securely.

🤝 Team Support

✅ Work collaboratively with HR colleagues, department managers, and employees.

✅ Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and departmental activities.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a similar role.
  • Previous hospitality or luxury hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Experience within Four Seasons or other international hotel brands is highly desirable.
