Barahat Msheireb Hotel LLC is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Bellboy to join its Front Office team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable first impressions.

The successful candidate will welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide information about hotel facilities, and ensure every guest receives professional and personalized service throughout their stay.

About This Role

As a Bellboy, you will be one of the first team members guests meet upon arrival. You will assist with luggage handling, escort guests to their rooms, coordinate transportation requests, and provide helpful information about the hotel and local attractions. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude will play an important role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

🛎️ Guest Services

✅ Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

✅ Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safe and timely delivery.

✅ Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities, amenities, and services.

🧳 Luggage Assistance

✅ Collect and deliver guest luggage efficiently.

✅ Retrieve luggage during guest departures and transport it to the designated collection area.

✅ Maintain organized luggage storage and handling procedures.

🚖 Guest Support

✅ Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxi bookings and directions.

✅ Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.

✅ Provide information about local attractions and nearby destinations.

🤝 Team Collaboration

✅ Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.

✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas.

✅ Follow all hotel safety, security, and service standards.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

💼 Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Experience as a Bellboy, Porter, Concierge Assistant, or Front Office Attendant is an advantage.
