Maintenance System Administrator

A leading organization in Qatar is seeking a skilled Maintenance System Administrator to support the administration, optimization, and reporting of its Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This is a 17-month contract opportunity suitable for professionals with experience in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, and maintenance data analysis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring maintenance systems operate efficiently, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities while providing accurate reporting and performance insights.

About This Role

As a Maintenance System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing maintenance system data, maintaining CMMS records, supporting maintenance planning activities, and preparing reports that help improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with maintenance teams to ensure accurate asset information, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics are maintained.

This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, and a solid understanding of maintenance management principles.

Key Responsibilities

🛠️ CMMS Administration

✅ Administer and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

✅ Ensure maintenance records, asset information, and work orders are accurate and up to date.

✅ Support system users by maintaining data integrity and resolving system-related issues.

📅 Maintenance Planning Support

✅ Assist in planning preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

✅ Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of planned work.

✅ Support maintenance teams with accurate planning information.

📊 Reporting & Data Analysis

✅ Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and performance improvements.

✅ Prepare maintenance reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

✅ Generate reports to support operational and management decision-making.

📦 Asset & Inventory Support

✅ Maintain accurate equipment and asset records within the CMMS.

✅ Support spare parts and inventory management activities.

✅ Assist with maintenance documentation and record management.

🤝 Operational Coordination

✅ Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.

✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance performance.

✅ Ensure maintenance data complies with organizational standards and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Or a related technical discipline

💼 Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • Maintenance System Administration
  • Maintenance Planning
