Snoonu is looking for an experienced Business Performance Analyst Specialist to help drive business growth through data-driven decision-making and performance management. About This Role
As a Business Performance Analyst Specialist, you will play a critical role in measuring business performance and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with business leaders and operational teams to monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, analyze business trends, and recommend initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
This position requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, SQL expertise, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities
📊 Business Performance Monitoring
✅ Define, monitor, and report key business performance indicators (KPIs).
✅ Track operational and commercial performance across multiple business units and markets.
✅ Develop dashboards and performance reports to support leadership decisions.
🔍 Data Analysis & Root Cause Investigation
✅ Analyze business data to identify performance gaps and emerging trends.
✅ Conduct detailed root-cause analysis to determine underlying business issues.
✅ Provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
📈 Strategic Business Support
✅ Partner with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.
✅ Support business reviews by preparing actionable insights and performance reports.
✅ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.

✅ Monitor execution of business initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
✅ Track project outcomes against defined objectives and KPIs.

Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
💼 Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in business analytics, business performance, business intelligence, operations analysis, or similar roles.
- Experience working in marketplace platforms, logistics, e-commerce, technology companies, or Super Apps is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting strategic business decisions using data analytics.
