Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join its Front Office team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, anticipating customer needs, and creating memorable stays through personalized service.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their expectations are exceeded while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

About This Role

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, dining options, and promotions while working closely with various departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike.

😊 Guest Experience

✅ Welcome guests warmly and deliver personalized service throughout their stay.

✅ Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.

✅ Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.

✅ Ensure guest concerns are resolved efficiently and follow up to confirm satisfaction.

🏨 Hotel Knowledge & Service

✅ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel rooms, facilities, restaurants, spa services, and promotions.

✅ Provide recommendations and information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

✅ Promote hotel services that enhance the overall guest experience.

🤝 Guest Relations

✅ Build positive relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

✅ Handle special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.

✅ Maintain high service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

👥 Team Collaboration

✅ Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other departments.

✅ Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and hotel events.

✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.

💼 Experience

  • Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is an advantage.
  • Fresh hospitality graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
