Delivery Executive

A leading automotive company in Qatar is seeking a customer-focused Vehicle Delivery Executive to manage the registration, inspection, and handover of new vehicles to customers. About This Role

As a Vehicle Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete vehicle delivery process—from verifying documentation and coordinating registration to explaining vehicle features and ensuring customers have a memorable handover experience.

This role combines administrative accuracy, customer service, and operational coordination to ensure every customer receives their new vehicle in excellent condition with all required documentation completed.

Key Responsibilities

🚗 Vehicle Delivery & Customer Handover

✅ Coordinate new vehicle delivery appointments with customers.

✅ Ensure vehicles are fully prepared before collection.

✅ Conduct professional vehicle handovers following company delivery standards.

✅ Present vehicle features, controls, and operating functions to customers.

📋 Documentation & Registration

✅ Verify vehicle delivery documents for accuracy and completeness.

✅ Confirm vehicle details match registration records and internal systems.

✅ Coordinate vehicle registration with relevant authorities.

✅ Update registration information within company systems.

🔍 Vehicle Inspection

✅ Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure quality standards.

✅ Verify vehicle specifications, model, colour, and registration details.

✅ Report any defects or discrepancies to the sales team before delivery.

📊 System & Record Management

✅ Update delivery records and maintain accurate documentation.

✅ Generate vehicle gate passes and warranty documentation.

✅ Capture vehicle photographs and complete delivery tracking through internal applications.

🤝 Customer Service

✅ Explain vehicle features, warranty information, and ownership documentation.

✅ Answer customer questions regarding vehicle operation and ownership.

✅ Deliver a professional customer experience that promotes satisfaction and brand loyalty.

💼 Internal Coordination

✅ Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Registration, and Operations teams.

✅ Ensure finance-related registration documents are submitted on time.

✅ Maintain organized delivery files and transaction records.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

💼 Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, vehicle delivery, administration, or dealership operations is preferred.
