Job Description/Specification:
A leading automotive organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth. This role is ideal for marketing professionals with experience in both digital and offline campaigns, event management, and brand communications.
The successful candidate will manage marketing initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating with internal departments, external agencies, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable marketing results.
About This Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will oversee digital marketing activities, promotional campaigns, product launches, sponsorships, events, and brand communications while ensuring consistency with corporate branding guidelines.
You will also analyze campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, coordinate with vendors, and identify opportunities to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
📢 Brand & Marketing Campaigns
✅ Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
✅ Ensure all marketing communications align with brand identity and corporate guidelines.
✅ Develop promotional campaigns and customer offers to achieve business objectives.
📱 Digital Marketing
✅ Manage digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media, and online platforms.
✅ Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics and recommend improvements.
✅ Optimize digital campaigns to improve customer engagement and return on investment (ROI).
🎉 Events & Product Launches
✅ Lead marketing activities for product launches, sponsorships, exhibitions, and corporate events.
✅ Coordinate marketing support for motor shows and promotional campaigns.
✅ Work closely with the Public Relations team to ensure successful event execution.
💰 Budget & Vendor Management
✅ Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign expenditures.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
✅ Oversee purchase requests (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and marketing procurement activities.
📊 Reporting & Performance Analysis
✅ Analyze campaign performance using marketing KPIs and analytics.
✅ Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
✅ Recommend continuous improvements based on campaign insights and market trends.
🤝 Stakeholder Coordination
✅ Collaborate with sales, product, public relations, and management teams.
✅ Obtain necessary approvals for campaigns from internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
✅ Ensure marketing projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience managing integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Experience in event management, product launches, and brand communications is preferred.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
