Job Description/Specification:
A leading automotive organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced Solution Design & Delivery Lead to oversee the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications. This role is ideal for experienced SAP professionals with strong expertise in SAP IS-AUTO, Vehicle Sales & Service (VSS), and Warranty Management, combined with proven leadership in solution delivery and stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to transform operational requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve business performance, optimize processes, and maximize the value of IT investments.
About This Role
As the Solution Design & Delivery Lead, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational objectives across key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty, After Sales, Workshop Operations, Parts, Procurement, Finance, and Human Resources.
You will oversee the complete solution lifecycle—from business analysis and solution design to implementation, change management, user adoption, and continuous optimization—while ensuring enterprise applications remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business growth.

💼 Business & IT Partnership
✅ Collaborate with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.

🏗️ Solution Design & Architecture
✅ Design scalable enterprise solutions that support current and future business needs.

⚙️ SAP Solution Delivery
✅ Lead implementation of SAP enhancements and enterprise application projects.
✅ Manage solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
🚗 Automotive After Sales Systems
✅ Support SAP IS-AUTO solutions across vehicle sales, workshop operations, and warranty management.
✅ Optimize after-sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
✅ Work closely with business users to enhance customer service and workshop performance.
📊 Continuous Improvement
✅ Monitor application performance using business KPIs.
✅ Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements.
✅ Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
🤝 Vendor & Stakeholder Management
✅ Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners.
✅ Manage vendor performance and ensure service quality.
✅ Support change management, user training, and solution adoption across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
💼 Experience
- Proven experience in enterprise application solution design and delivery.
- Strong experience supporting business-critical SAP environments.
- Hands-on experience in automotive after-sales and workshop operations.
- Experience managing enterprise IT projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
