St. Regis Doha is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Experts (Food & Beverage Service Associate) to join its Food & Beverage team. This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences through exceptional service.

As a Guest Service Expert, you will go beyond traditional food service by creating personalized guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury standards of St. Regis and Marriott International.

About This Role

The Guest Service Expert is responsible for providing outstanding table service, assisting guests throughout their dining experience, coordinating with kitchen teams, and ensuring restaurant areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

Whether serving meals, preparing tables, or responding to guest requests, you'll play an important role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

🍽️ Guest Service

✅ Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.

✅ Provide attentive food and beverage service throughout the dining experience.

✅ Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about food and beverages.

✅ Ensure guests receive prompt and personalized service.

🥂 Restaurant Operations

✅ Prepare dining areas before service by setting tables and organizing service stations.

✅ Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

✅ Clear and reset tables efficiently during and after service.

✅ Maintain cleanliness and presentation of restaurant and service areas.

🤝 Guest Experience

✅ Build positive relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction.

✅ Respond professionally to guest requests and special requirements.

✅ Resolve minor guest concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

📋 Operational Support

✅ Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

✅ Assist with opening and closing duties.

✅ Support team members during busy service periods.

✅ Maintain Marriott's quality and service standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

💼 Experience

  • Less than 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience is required.
  • Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or food service is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
