Job Description/Specification:
St. Regis Doha is seeking a professional and service-oriented Guest Relations Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, resolving guest requests, and creating memorable luxury hospitality experiences.
As part of the Rooms & Guest Services team, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests by handling special requests, coordinating with hotel departments, and ensuring every guest receives personalized service that reflects the renowned St. Regis hospitality standards.

The Guest Relations Agent plays an important role in ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and seamless stay. You will respond to guest requests, arrange special services, provide local recommendations, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure all guest concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
🏨 Guest Services
✅ Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
✅ Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements professionally.
✅ Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, laundry services, and other guest requirements.
✅ Follow up with guests to ensure complete satisfaction.
📞 Guest Communication
✅ Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
✅ Record, monitor, and resolve guest requests efficiently.
✅ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
🤝 Coordination & Support
✅ Liaise with Housekeeping, Bell Services, Concierge, and other hotel departments.
✅ Ensure timely completion of guest requests and service recovery when required.
✅ Maintain effective communication between departments to enhance the guest experience.
⭐ Club Lounge & Guest Experience
✅ Monitor guest comfort and service standards within the Club Lounge.
✅ Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, events, and local attractions.
✅ Maintain a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for guests.
📋 Administration
✅ Maintain accurate guest records, shift logs, and daily reports.
✅ Document guest feedback, requests, and service updates.
✅ Ensure compliance with Marriott operational procedures and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
💼 Experience
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
