St. Regis Doha is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hospitality environment. This management role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service.

The successful candidate will supervise restaurant operations, lead front-of-house teams, maintain service excellence, and support the achievement of financial and operational goals.

About This Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, and room service areas where applicable. You will lead service teams, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, resolve guest concerns, and assist in achieving business objectives through outstanding customer service and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities

🍽️ Restaurant Operations

✅ Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

✅ Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest service requirements.

✅ Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.

✅ Support menu implementation and operational improvements.

👥 Team Leadership

✅ Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff during daily operations.

✅ Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance service quality.

✅ Monitor employee performance and encourage continuous development.

✅ Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.

🌟 Guest Experience

✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences.

✅ Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

✅ Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve service quality.

✅ Ensure all service standards are consistently maintained.

📊 Operational & Financial Support

✅ Monitor departmental productivity and operational performance.

✅ Assist with purchasing activities and invoice processing when required.

✅ Support cost control initiatives and efficient resource utilization.

✅ Help achieve departmental financial and service objectives.

📋 Compliance & Quality

✅ Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

✅ Monitor adherence to beverage service regulations where applicable.

✅ Maintain operational documentation and support quality assurance initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

OR

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Restaurant Operations with a High School qualification.

OR

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Hospitality-related Diploma or Degree.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
