St. Regis Doha is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join its Spa team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences while managing appointments, handling reservations, processing payments, and promoting luxury spa services.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for spa guests, ensuring every visit is welcoming, seamless, and aligned with the luxury service standards of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.

About This Role

As a Spa Receptionist, you will manage daily spa reservations, welcome guests, coordinate appointment schedules, process payments, and provide information about spa treatments and wellness services. You will work closely with therapists and operational teams to ensure appointments run smoothly while maintaining outstanding customer service.

This role is well suited for individuals with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

💆 Guest Reception & Customer Service

✅ Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.

✅ Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

✅ Provide information about spa treatments, facilities, and wellness services.

✅ Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

📅 Reservations & Appointment Management

✅ Schedule individual and group spa appointments using the reservation system.

✅ Confirm bookings and manage cancellations or appointment changes.

✅ Coordinate with therapists to ensure efficient scheduling and minimal delays.

💳 Cash Handling & Payments

✅ Process guest payments accurately.

✅ Maintain assigned cash float and ensure financial accuracy throughout the shift.

✅ Balance receipts and complete daily cash reconciliation procedures.

📞 Administration & Coordination

✅ Answer telephone and email inquiries professionally.

✅ Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.

✅ Coordinate with Engineering regarding maintenance requests when required.

🌟 Sales & Service Promotion

✅ Promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.

✅ Recommend suitable services based on guest preferences.

✅ Support revenue growth through professional upselling techniques.

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

💼 Experience

  • Less than 1 year of related work experience is required.
  • Previous experience in:
    • Spa Reception
    • Hotel Front Office
    • Customer Service
    • Hospitality
    • Wellness Centres
      is considered an advantage.
