Job Description/Specification:
A well-established UAE-based law firm is seeking a qualified Legal Expert to join its Qatar branch. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience who are looking to advance their careers in a professional legal environment.
The successful candidate will provide legal advice, prepare legal documentation, conduct legal research, and support clients on a wide range of legal matters while ensuring compliance with Qatar's legal and regulatory framework.
About This Role
As a Legal Expert, you will play an important role in advising clients, preparing legal opinions, drafting contracts, and representing the firm's interests across various legal matters. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply legal principles effectively.

Key Responsibilities
⚖️ Legal Advisory
✅ Provide legal advice and practical solutions to clients on various legal matters.
✅ Interpret laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
✅ Prepare legal opinions and recommendations.
📄 Legal Documentation
✅ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
✅ Prepare legal correspondence and supporting documentation.
✅ Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
🔍 Legal Research
✅ Conduct legal research on legislation, regulations, and case law.
✅ Stay updated with changes in Qatar's legal and regulatory framework.
✅ Support senior legal professionals with research and case preparation.
🤝 Client & Case Management
✅ Assist clients with legal procedures and documentation.
✅ Maintain accurate legal records and case files.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.

Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent legal qualification.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience within a law firm or legal consultancy is preferred.
