St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional and service-oriented Bell Attendant to join its Front Office team in Qatar. About This Role
As a Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first team members guests meet upon arrival. Your role is essential in delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience by assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, explaining hotel facilities, and providing helpful local information.

Key Responsibilities
🏨 Guest Arrival & Departure
✅ Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional first impression.
✅ Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage handling.
✅ Assist guests during check-out and ensure a smooth departure experience.
🧳 Luggage & Transportation
✅ Transport guest luggage safely to and from rooms and storage areas.
✅ Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
✅ Arrange transportation services such as taxis, airport transfers, or limousine bookings.
🌟 Guest Assistance
✅ Explain room features, hotel facilities, and available guest services.
✅ Provide directions, local attraction information, and recommendations.
✅ Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining exceptional service standards.
🤝 Front Office Support
✅ Coordinate with the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
✅ Monitor luggage storage and retrieval processes.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bell desk area.
🛡️ Safety & Professional Standards
✅ Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
✅ Report any safety concerns or unusual activities to supervisors.
✅ Maintain a professional appearance and uphold luxury hospitality standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
💼 Experience
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or hotel experience is an advantage.
