McDonald's Qatar is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join its Customer Support team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers contacting McDonald's Qatar. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, recording customer cases, and coordinating with restaurants and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the company's service standards.
✅ Handle inbound customer calls professionally in both English and Arabic.
✅ Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback accurately and efficiently.

✅ Record, monitor, and follow up on customer cases until resolution.
✅ Escalate complex customer concerns to the Customer Care Supervisor when required.
✅ Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation.
✅ Work closely with restaurant teams and internal departments to resolve customer issues.
✅ Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
✅ Support service recovery initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
✅ Prepare basic call logs and customer service reports.
✅ Maintain accurate records using customer service systems.
✅ Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring customer issues and sharing feedback.
