Raffles & Fairmont Doha is seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa & Recreation Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service within its luxury spa and recreation facilities. About This Role
As a Spa & Recreation Receptionist, you will oversee the daily reception operations of the spa and recreation facilities, including managing bookings, handling guest inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating with therapists and recreation staff. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and passion for customer service will contribute to delivering a seamless and relaxing experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
💆 Guest Reception & Customer Service
✅ Welcome guests warmly and deliver a personalized luxury hospitality experience.
✅ Handle guest inquiries regarding spa treatments, recreation facilities, memberships, and hotel services.
✅ Resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
📅 Reservations & Front Desk Operations
✅ Manage spa appointments, reservations, and daily schedules using booking systems.
✅ Perform accurate guest check-in and check-out procedures.
✅ Process payments, billing, and maintain guest account records.
🤝 Coordination & Communication
✅ Coordinate with spa therapists and recreation attendants to ensure smooth daily operations.
✅ Maintain accurate guest profiles, treatment history, and appointment records.
✅ Support daily opening and closing procedures of the spa and recreation facilities.
📈 Sales & Administration
✅ Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, memberships, and retail products.
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
✅ Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
