As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-line technical support for hotel systems, applications, and end users. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, supporting network and communication systems, and assisting with system maintenance and upgrades.
Working closely with various hotel departments, you will help ensure business continuity by maintaining reliable IT services and recommending improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
