Job Description/Specification:
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support its procurement operations and ensure the timely sourcing of goods and services required for smooth hotel operations. About This Role
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day procurement cycle, including processing purchase requests, sourcing suppliers, tracking deliveries, and maintaining procurement records. You will help ensure operational departments receive the materials they need while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with hotel procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities
🛒 Procurement & Purchasing
✅ Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and within required timelines.
✅ Source quotations, negotiate pricing, and build strong relationships with suppliers.
✅ Coordinate purchasing activities to support uninterrupted hotel operations.
📦 Inventory & Supplier Management
✅ Work with department heads to understand purchasing requirements and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
✅ Track purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and follow up on outstanding shipments.
✅ Maintain and update the approved supplier database.
💰 Cost Control & Financial Coordination
✅ Review invoice matching reports and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and the Finance team.
✅ Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce operational costs.
✅ Support budget-conscious procurement practices while maintaining product quality.
📊 Documentation & Compliance
✅ Maintain accurate procurement records, purchasing documentation, and reports.
✅ Update procurement systems with current supplier and delivery information.
✅ Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, ethical procurement standards, and health and safety requirements.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Purchasing
- Business Administration
- Hospitality Management
- Or a related field
💼 Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or in a similar procurement role.
- Previous experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement activities in the hospitality industry.
