Job Description/Specification:
A leading healthcare organization in Qatar is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining scientific knowledge with sales and customer engagement to support business growth.
The successful candidate will visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers, educate customers about medical products, and help expand the company's presence in the local market.
About This Role
As a Medical Representative, you will act as the key link between the company and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include promoting products, increasing product awareness, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales objectives within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Present product features, clinical benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new product launches.
- Participate in product training and continuously update medical knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional product support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Ensure all activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- Biochemistry
- Microbiology
- Related Life Sciences field
💼 Experience
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation is preferred.
