📝 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, and room service (where applicable).

✅ Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and service.

✅ Support menu planning, promotions, and operational improvements.

✅ Monitor budgets, purchasing, invoices, and departmental expenses.

✅ Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and liquor service policies.

✅ Train employees, conduct performance reviews, and support team development.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 Education

• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.

💼 Experience

• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage management.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
