Lead the front office operations at Doha Golf Club while creating an exceptional experience for members and guests. This role combines hospitality, customer service, membership sales, team leadership, and commercial growth to ensure every visitor enjoys premium service while supporting the club's business objectives.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front office and reception operations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors.
  • Drive membership sales through tours, follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Promote golf, academy programs, dining, retail, and club events.
  • Manage the CRM database and maintain accurate member records.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop the Front Office team.
  • Coordinate with Golf Operations, Events, F&B, and Membership departments.
  • Support tournaments, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.

🎓 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, golf clubs, or premium customer service.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems and membership sales is an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
