Join a leading offshore and subsea operations company as a Contract & Operations Coordinator. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in contract management, tendering, project coordination, and commercial operations within the Oil & Gas, Marine, or EPCIC industries.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate offshore and subsea contract execution from project kickoff to completion.
- Prepare project charters, RACI matrices, cost tracking reports, and delivery plans.
- Monitor project budgets, contract performance, and resource utilization.
- Manage tender documentation, pricing, commercial clarifications, and contract records.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, marine, chartering, and technical teams.
- Support bid preparation, cost analysis, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, contractual, legal, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, vessels, and stakeholders for smooth daily operations.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and operational review meetings.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in contract management, tendering, or project coordination.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, or EPCIC industries is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
