Join a leading hospitality team in Qatar as a Telephone Operator. In this guest-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for hotel guests, handling calls professionally, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication across departments while delivering exceptional customer service.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer internal and external calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist guests with information, directions, and service requests.
  • Record and relay messages accurately.
  • Create and manage guest service tickets.
  • Handle emergency calls and follow hotel procedures.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to resolve guest requests efficiently.
  • Operate office communication equipment and maintain call records.

🎓 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a telephone operator, receptionist, or in hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide outstanding customer service.
