• Supervise the daily operation of adventure park attractions, including zip lines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and recreational activities.
• Lead, schedule, and support the operations team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of rides, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure guests receive proper safety briefings and follow park guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries, incidents, and emergencies professionally.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain operational reports, safety records, and incident documentation.
• Support events, group bookings, and park promotions while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field.

💼 2–4 years of supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, hospitality, recreation, or leisure facilities.

🛠️ Strong leadership, customer service, safety management, and operational coordination skills.

🏥 First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.

🌍 Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
