Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate daily administrative activities for the Culinary Department.
✅ Schedule meetings, training sessions, and manage departmental communications.
✅ Maintain reports, inventories, records, and filing systems.
✅ Prepare purchase requests, invoices, and procurement documentation.
✅ Support onboarding, training records, and staff documentation.
✅ Liaise with Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
✅ Assist with culinary events, projects, and departmental initiatives.
Requirements
🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
💼 Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or hospitality support role (culinary or F&B experience preferred).
🛠️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel or inventory management systems is an advantage.
🌍 Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
