Job Description/Specification:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Doha. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and welcome clients professionally.
✅ Prepare tenancy agreements, contracts, and other real estate documents.
✅ Update property listings on online portals and social media platforms.
✅ Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments.
✅ Coordinate with property owners, tenants, buyers, and real estate agents.
✅ Maintain client records, process transactions, and support the sales team.
Requirements
🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
💼 Previous administrative experience; real estate experience is an advantage.
🛠️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems or property portals is a plus.
🌍 Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
