We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join a professional hotel kitchen in Doha. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality dishes, maintain food safety standards, and support smooth kitchen operations while delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and present dishes according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
✅ Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistent presentation
✅ Complete mise en place before service and maintain kitchen readiness
✅ Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
✅ Minimize food waste and assist with stock control and inventory counts
✅ Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements
🎓 High school diploma with a culinary qualification preferred
💼 Minimum 3 years of hotel or branded restaurant experience, including 1 year in a similar role
🛠️ Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, HACCP, and food hygiene standards
🌍 Good English communication skills
