We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist cum Document Controller to join our team in Doha. This role combines front desk responsibilities with document management, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
✅ Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
✅ Maintain, organize, and track project documents and records
✅ Coordinate incoming and outgoing documents with internal teams
✅ Ensure proper filing, document control, and record accuracy
✅ Support daily administrative and office tasks
Requirements
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are an advantage)
💼 Previous experience in reception, administration, or document control is preferred
🛠️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management
🌍 Good English communication and organizational skills
