Are you passionate about improving customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding service? Join a dynamic team in Doha as a Customer Experience Specialist and help create exceptional customer journeys through data-driven insights and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience
✅ Gather and evaluate customer feedback to recommend service enhancements
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
✅ Support the development of customer service training initiatives
✅ Monitor customer experience KPIs and prepare performance reports

Requirements

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
💼 2–4 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or a similar role
🛠️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer experience software
🌍 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
⭐ Knowledge of customer experience frameworks and service improvement methodologies is an advantage
