Join a reputable non-profit organization in Doha as an HR Officer and contribute to building a positive workplace while supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
✅ Support employee engagement and resolve HR-related inquiries
✅ Assist with payroll preparation and attendance verification
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar Labour Law
✅ Organize employee training and development programs
✅ Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports

Requirements

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
💼 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations
🛠️ Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, HR software, and Microsoft Office
🌍 Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
🤝 Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information
