Job Description/Specification:
Join a humanitarian protection team in Qatar to support vulnerable individuals through case management, community engagement, and protection activities. This consultancy role focuses on delivering timely support while ensuring confidentiality, safeguarding, and protection standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct protection assessments, interviews, and community consultations.
✅ Support case management, referrals, documentation, and follow-up for vulnerable individuals.
✅ Assist with child protection and community-based protection activities.
✅ Prepare reports, maintain case records, and support operational documentation.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to deliver effective protection services.
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
💼 Experience in humanitarian protection, emergency response, or case management is required. Experience supporting vulnerable children or displaced individuals is an advantage.
🛠️ Strong reporting, communication, counselling, community outreach, and Microsoft Office skills.
🌍 Fluent in English. Knowledge of Pashto or Dari is an advantage.
