Lead the strategic growth of a leading Defense company as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This executive leadership role is ideal for accomplished professionals with extensive experience in the defense, aerospace, security, or advanced technology sectors. You will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing large-scale defense programs, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance, and corporate leadership.

✅ Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals and shareholder expectations.
✅ Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring business performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

✅ Oversee financial performance, investment decisions, budgeting, and profitability in collaboration with the Finance Director.

✅ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, export control, industrial security, and corporate governance requirements.

✅ Manage enterprise risk, quality, health, safety, environmental, and security programs across the organization.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a hard-science discipline is strongly preferred. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related field is highly desirable.
💼 Minimum 8+ years of executive leadership experience as a CEO or senior executive within the defense, aerospace, security, or advanced technology sectors.
🛠️ Proven success delivering major defense programs, government contracts, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and direct commercial agreements.
🌍 International business experience with government agencies, defense organizations, and global OEM partners is highly desirable.
🔒 Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required national security clearances.
