Join Lesha Bank in Doha as a Research Analyst – Public Equities & Fixed Income. This role is ideal for finance professionals passionate about investment research, financial markets, and portfolio management. You will support the investment team by conducting in-depth market analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, and contributing to portfolio performance through data-driven insights.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct fundamental equity and fixed-income research to identify investment opportunities.
✅ Build financial models, perform company valuations, and analyze market trends.
✅ Support portfolio management through investment recommendations and risk analysis.
✅ Monitor portfolio holdings, corporate actions, and market developments.
✅ Prepare investment reports, presentations, and portfolio performance analyses.
✅ Develop asset allocation strategies and assist with portfolio optimization.
✅ Coordinate with risk management and back-office teams to ensure efficient investment operations.
✅ Assist with trade execution, documentation, and investment monitoring.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
💼 Experience in equity research, investment analysis, asset management, or portfolio management. Experience with MENA markets is an advantage but not essential.
🛠️ Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills.
📊 Experience using Bloomberg Terminal or similar financial market platforms.
🏆 CA, CFA, or progress toward a professional finance qualification is highly desirable.
🌍 Excellent English communication skills. Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
