A fast-growing retail and e-commerce company in Qatar is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support daily purchasing and inventory operations. Key Responsibilities
✅ Create, process, and monitor daily purchase orders for assigned product categories.
✅ Track inventory levels and identify shortages, overstocks, and slow-moving items.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and order confirmations.
✅ Ensure timely replenishment of stock to maintain product availability.
✅ Monitor supplier performance, including on-time deliveries, fulfillment rates, and stock availability.
✅ Generate daily and weekly procurement, inventory, and supplier performance reports.

Requirements
🎓 Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.
💼 Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, buying, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, e-commerce, or Q-commerce is highly preferred.
