A construction company in Qatar is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Timekeeper to support workforce attendance and payroll administration. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction timekeeping who can accurately manage attendance records, overtime, and manpower reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and Qatar Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Record and maintain daily attendance for site employees and office staff.
✅ Monitor working hours, overtime, leave, absences, and shift schedules.
✅ Coordinate with site supervisors and HR to verify attendance records.
✅ Prepare weekly and monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
✅ Maintain organized employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
✅ Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

🎓 Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Timekeeper in the construction industry.
  • Experience with workforce attendance, manpower tracking, payroll support, or site administration is preferred.
