A leading company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, immigration processes, labor documentation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage company transactions with government authorities, including labor, immigration, licensing, and regulatory departments.
✅ Process employment visas, work permits, residence permits (RP), visa renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
✅ Coordinate employee onboarding, medical examinations, fingerprinting, and immigration documentation.
✅ Handle company registrations, commercial licenses, permits, and document renewals.
✅ Liaise with government entities to obtain project approvals, site access permits, and workforce authorizations.
✅ Maintain accurate records of employee documents, company licenses, and regulatory submissions.

Requirements
🎓 Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of Public Relations Officer (PRO) experience in Qatar.
- Experience in construction, EPC, oil & gas, infrastructure, engineering, or commissioning projects is highly preferred.
