A luxury hotel in Doha is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join its Front Office team. Key Responsibilities

✅ Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

✅ Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and reservation details using hotel management systems.

Requirements

🎓 Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

💼 Experience

  • Previous experience in front office, guest services, hotel reception, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury hotels or international hospitality brands is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset are encouraged to apply.
