Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Guest Service Agent to join a dynamic team in Doha. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and guests.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Welcome customers and guests with a professional and positive attitude.
✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
✅ Manage bookings, reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
✅ Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
✅ Process payments, invoices, refunds, and maintain accurate transaction records.
✅ Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Maintain accurate customer information using reservation or CRM software.
✅ Keep the reception and front desk clean, organized, and presentable.
✅ Support daily administrative tasks, scheduling, filing, and report preparation.
✅ Follow company policies related to customer service, privacy, and security.

Requirements

🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage).

💼 Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or front desk operations is preferred.
