Job Description/Specification:
🚀 Manage and grow strategic restaurant partnerships within one of Qatar’s leading digital food delivery ecosystems. This role is ideal for commercially driven professionals who excel in account management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven growth strategies.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Own and manage a portfolio of key restaurant partners within the food delivery vertical.
✅ Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform capabilities.
✅ Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with restaurant owners and stakeholders.
✅ Lead onboarding, training, and integration of new partners onto the platform.
✅ Drive account growth through marketing campaigns, promotions, and performance optimization initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, tech, and support) to ensure seamless execution.
✅ Handle partner escalations and resolve operational or commercial issues effectively.
✅ Monitor account performance using dashboards and data insights to identify growth opportunities.
✅ Support B2B negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.
✅ Continuously improve partner satisfaction and service experience across accounts.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
💼 3–5 years of experience in account management, FMCG, eCommerce, or B2B commercial roles.
📊 Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
🤝 Proven experience in client relationship management and B2B negotiations.
⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment.
🧠 Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
💻 Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).
