Job Description/Specification:

💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Implement and enforce Health & Safety policies in line with fire regulations, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
✅ Ensure all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with TAPA and security standards.
✅ Oversee security systems and infrastructure including CCTV, access control, and X-ray equipment.
✅ Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks across sites.
✅ Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and submit findings to senior management.
✅ Manage loss prevention activities, including investigations and corrective action planning.
✅ Coordinate preventive maintenance plans for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
✅ Supervise repairs, maintenance activities, and facility upgrades.
✅ Build strong relationships with key customers and their security representatives.
✅ Support vendor coordination, budgeting, and operational safety improvements.
✅ Ensure adherence to company security procedures and global standards.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Security, Safety, Law Enforcement, or related field.
💼 5–7 years of experience in police, armed forces, or security industry.
🛡️ Strong background in security operations, investigations, or loss prevention.
📊 Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
🧠 Strong understanding of safety systems, security equipment, and risk management.
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
👥 Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong professional relationships.
🚗 Valid driving license required.
💻 Good computer literacy and familiarity with operational systems.
